9. Purchase and payment
9.1 Happy shopping supports one or more of the following payment methods in each country/region where it operates: (i) credit card Credit card payments are processed through third-party payment channels, and the types of credit cards accepted by these payment channels may vary depending on your jurisdiction Districts vary.

10. Seller Wallet
10.1 Your Account allows the storage of funds you receive from sales proceeds on the Platform (“Seller Wallet”). The sum of this money, minus any withdrawals, will reflect the balance in your seller wallet.
10.2 You may transfer funds from your Seller Wallet (up to your Seller Wallet Balance) to your linked bank account ("Linked Account") by submitting a transfer request ("Withdrawal Request") up to once per day. Happy shopping can also automatically transfer funds from your seller wallet to your linked account periodically, as determined by happy shopping. Happy shopping will only process such transfers on business days and it may take up to two business days for such transfers to be credited to your linked account. Happy shopping can only pay sellers by bank transfer. Therefore, sellers must provide their bank account details to Happy Shopping in order to receive payments from their seller wallets.
10.3 Currently, Happy Shopping can only pay you through third-party payment channels. Therefore, you must provide Happy Shopping with your detailed collection information for payment collection (such as: money obtained due to product sales or Happy Shopping refunds).
(a) Happy shopping sets the corresponding payment cycle according to the reputation score of the seller's store. They are 1 star, 2 stars, 3 stars, 4 stars, 5 stars, and preferred sellers.
(b) The store registered by the new seller is the preferred seller, and the payment cycle of the preferred seller and 5-star seller store is T+1 on working days.
(c) The payment cycle for 4-star stores is the 1st, 10th, and 20th of each month.
(d) The payment cycle for 3-star and 2-star stores is the 15th and 30th of each month.
(e) The payment cycle for 1-star stores is the 1st of each month.
10.4 Payments for your products sold on Happy shopping shall be credited to your seller wallet within seven (7) days after the products are delivered to the buyer or immediately after the buyer confirms receipt of the products.
10.5 Once submitted, you may not amend or cancel a withdrawal request.
10.6 In the event of an error in processing any Transaction, you authorize us to initiate a debit or credit entry to your nominated bank account to correct such error, provided any such correction is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. If we are unable to debit your nominated bank account for any reason, you authorize us to resubmit the debit, together with any applicable charges, to any other bank account or payment instrument you have on file with us, or to deduct the debit and applicable charges Get it from your seller wallet in the future.
10.7 You authorize us to initiate a debit or credit entry to your Seller Wallet:
(i) correct any errors in the processing of any transaction;

(iv) within relation to any incentives or rebates;
(v) in relation to any uncollected fees;
(vi) in connection with the resolution of any transaction disputes, including any compensation to or from you;
(vii) in relation to any prohibited item or item held by customs;

(9) Until you have activated the advertising credit recharge function to purchase advertising credits and your advertising credits have fallen below the minimum amount of your advertising credits.
11. Shopping payment
11.1 If you have both a Happy shopping account and a Happy shoppingPay Pte account. Ltd (“Happy shoppingPay”), you authorize Happy shopping to disclose to Happy shoppingPay such information as is necessary for Happy shoppingPay to provide the Services (as defined in the Happy shoppingPay Terms of Service) to you, including without limitation any payment details relating to you account.
12. Store Guarantee
12.1 The Happy shopping guarantee is a service provided by Happy shopping or its authorized agents to protect purchases. To avoid the risk of liability, payments for purchases from Seller using the Services will be held by Happy Shopping or its authorized agents ("Happy Shopping Guarantee Account"). The seller does not earn interest or other income on the amount you pay into the Happy shopping secured account.
12.2 After the Buyer has paid for his order (“Buyer’s Purchases”), the Buyer’s Purchases will remain in the Happy shopping Guarantee Account until:
(a) Buyer sends Happy Shopping an acknowledgment that Buyer has received his/her goods, in which case, unless 12.2(d) applies, Happy Shopping will release Buyer's purchase money (less Seller's percentage of shipping charges (if applicable) ), Transaction Fees and Taxes) the amount paid to Seller in the Happy shopping Guaranteed Account (as defined below) and (if applicable) Cross Border Fees (as defined below);
(b) the Happy Shopping Guarantee Period (or any approved extension under 12.3) expires, in which case, unless 12.2(c) or 12.2(d) applies, Happy Shopping will release the Buyer's purchase monies (less the Seller's percentage of shipping charges (if applicable), transaction fees and taxes (as defined below) and (if applicable) cross-border fees (as defined below) paid to the seller in the Happy shopping secured account;
(C) Happy Shopping determines that the Buyer's return and/or refund request was successful, in which case, unless 12.2(d) applies, Happy Shopping will refund the Buyer in accordance with the Refunds and Returns Policy;
(d) Happy shopping reasonably determines the allocation of Buyer's purchase monies (less the Seller's share of shipping charges (if applicable), transaction charges and taxes (as defined below) and (if applicable) cross-border other time costs (defined below )) is appropriate, including without limitation where it deems reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or a court order or to enforce these Terms of Service.
The Happy shopping guarantee is only offered to buyers who pay to the Happy shopping guarantee account through the channels provided by Happy shopping. Offline arrangements between buyers and sellers will not be covered by the Happy shopping guarantee.
12.3 Payments made through the Happy shopping channel will be held in the Happy shopping guarantee account for a specified period of time (“Happy shopping guarantee period”). Buyers may request a one-time extension of the Happy shopping guarantee period before the applicable Happy shopping guarantee period expires, subject to and complying with the Refund and Return Policy . The Happy shopping guarantee period may be extended for a maximum of three (3) days at the buyer's request, unless a longer extension is required at Happy shopping's sole discretion.
12.4 If for any reason the Seller's bank account cannot be credited and/or the Seller cannot be contacted, Happy Shopping will use reasonable endeavors to contact the Seller using the contact details provided by the Seller.
